- All refill requests will be addressed within 72 business hours. We kindly ask for you to request your refills a week in advance to allow time for processing.
- The best way to request refills is through our Online Patient Portal under Prescriptions → Request a Medication Refill. If you do not see your refill listed, please send a Message →Ask a Question. If you need to make any changes to your pharmacy, please send us a message
- You may also request a refill via our email at refill@denverwellness.com. Please provide your full name, date of birth, prescription you are requesting, and pharmacy
- You may also request a refill by calling us at (720) 724-3668 and press 1. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave us a voicemail with your full name, date of birth, prescription you are requesting, and pharmacy
- We encourage our patients to review their medications prior to their office appointments and to request refills at that time, if needed. You may be required to schedule an appointment prior to a refill being administered. Patients may be required to be seen at least once within the last 3 months of their last appointment to be able to receive a medication refill.
- We do not accept refill requests from pharmacies
- Our office has partnered with a 3rd party pharmacy, Genoa Healthcare. Using Genoa Healthcare will allow you to have medication delivered directly to your home and allow you to pick up your medications any of their locations or from their location conveniently located in our Denver office (400 S Colorado Blvd Suite 600 Denver, CO 80246)
- If you would like to opt into this pharmacy service you may contact Genoa Healthcare directly at (303) 600-5188 or simply by updating your pharmacy preferences with us

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Denver Wellness Associates, and they will contact us.
At Denver Wellness Associates, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans. See the complete list of insurance plans we currently accept on our Insurance page. You may also call your insurance provider or our office at (720) 724-3668 to find out if we accept your plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician or other provider, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician or other provider in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
