If your insurance plan is not listed above, please contact our office to learn more about your payment options.

If you come and see a Denver Wellness Associates provider for your medication management, all medication prescriptions will be sent to your Kaiser Pharmacy of choice for your convenience. Please let our providers and staff know your preferred Kaiser Pharmacy location during your appointment with us.

Coming in to see one of our expert providers is the same as seeing a provider through Kaiser Permanente – there is no difference! Our board-certified professionals will provide you with the same high-quality services you’re used to in a warm and welcoming environment.

There are no additional or out-of-pocket costs for seeing a provider at Denver Wellness Associates. This means your visit with us will cost the same as it would if you were to see a provider through Kaiser Permanente.
