I earned my Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and hold post-graduate certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis University and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on promoting mental wellness across all stages of life. My clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using a personalized approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their care.
