Andia Lybeshari, PMHNP-BC

My name is Andia Lybeshari and l am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based mental healthcare across the lifespan. I began my healthcare career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Health Promotion with a minor in public health. After working during the COVID-19 pandemic, I completed my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and have since worked in oncology, intensive care, and various psychiatric units (inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, eating disorder, and neuropsychiatric specialty care). I then earned my Master's of Science in Nursing from Purdue University's PMHNP program.

My clinical experiences have shaped my holistic approach to mental health and reinforced my belief that emotional well-being is deeply connected to physical health and overall quality of life. I believe that effective psychiatric care should be personalized, addressing the whole person by taking into account each individual's unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. My approach is collaborative, combining thoughtful medication management with therapeutic interventions, education, and practical coping strategies to help build resilience and achieve lasting wellness. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel actively engaged in their care. I look forward to working with you!
