Brooke Ehlers

I grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and graduated from Colorado State University, where I developed a strong foundation that has supported my transition into the healthcare field. Although I am still relatively new to healthcare, I have already gained valuable experience and learned a great deal in a short amount of time. I am highly motivated to continue growing in this industry and am especially eager to expand my skill set through increased involvement in operational tasks, process improvement, and team collaboration. I enjoy learning new systems, taking on challenges, and contributing to initiatives that help improve both efficiency and patient experience. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, I value balance and connection. I love spending quality time with my fiancé and our dog, Cooper, whether that means exploring the outdoors, relaxing at home, or visiting friends and family. I also enjoy staying active, making the most of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
