Jayson’s extensive 17-year + career spans every level of psychiatric care—from the front lines of crisis units to managing large-scale psychiatric floors. This diverse background allows them to treat all age groups and a broad spectrum of disorders with confidence and empathy. Beyond clinical management, they are deeply committed to the "processing" side of therapy, helping clients work through trauma to find a path forward.

When not in the clinic or preparing for their Doctorate at the University of Miami, Jayson values self-improvement and community service, specifically within the sobriety community. They are a fan of music production, family travels, and a good round of disc golf.
