I’m Logan, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University’s somatic program. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can show up authentically as yourself. I believe healing happens in relationships when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s arising with care to create space for meaningful growth. My approach is person-centered, mindfulness-based, somatically informed, and rooted in a commitment to social justice. I draw from parts work and body-centered psychotherapy methodologies that facilitate change across the mental, emotional, and body-based levels. In parts work, we explore different aspects of your inner world that may carry pain, protection, or unmet needs shaped by past experiences or conflicts. By meeting these parts with curiosity and compassion, we begin to integrate them, leading to greater self-awareness, harmony, and alignment with ourselves.

Somatic therapy invites us to slow down and listen to what the body is saying. Our bodies often hold onto experiences, especially trauma, in ways we might not even realize. By paying attention to sensations, tension, or feelings of shutdown or activation, we can start to gently work with what's going on underneath the surface. This kind of body-based awareness can lead to greater understanding and help us feel more connected to ourselves. Together, we’ll make space to notice what’s coming up in the moment and promote change in your body, mind, and life. I look forward to our work together!
