Naima Oz, LSW

As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work, I am committed to creating a collaborative environment where you feel genuinely understood and supported throughout your healing process. My person-centered approach is grounded in authenticity and trust, while honoring each individual’s lived experiences and personal values. As a first-generation Turkish immigrant, I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse identities and strive to foster an inclusive space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.

I have experience working with clients ages 17+ navigating anxiety, depression, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, emotional regulation concerns, interpersonal challenges, and communication issues. My favorite part of this work is partnering with clients to blend evidence-based approaches with unique strategies that reflect their strengths, goals, and day-to-day realities. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels flexible and tailored to each individual.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and finding opportunities to recharge in nature whenever I can. I also have two cats who keep me on my toes and serve as a constant reminder not to take things too seriously.

Seeking help can be a vulnerable step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. If my approach resonates with you, I would love the opportunity to connect and explore how we can work together toward your goals.
