Stephanie Michelle, PMHNP-BC

Stephanie Michelle is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with clients ages six and up, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in working with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood-related challenges, as well as supporting women during the perinatal and postpartum periods.

Stephanie takes a holistic, collaborative approach to care, integrating lifestyle considerations—such as nutrition, movement, and stress management—with evidence-based psychiatric treatment. She is dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

Before becoming a psychiatric provider, Stephanie spent many years working in high-acuity and procedure-based medical settings, experiences that broadened her understanding of how physical and mental health intersect. She later expanded her work into adolescent mental health, caring for youth with complex needs in intensive treatment environments.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading fiction, swimming laps, experimenting in the kitchen (despite her children’s culinary skepticism), sneaking in a weekday snowboard session whenever possible, and spending time with her spirited daughters and exceptionally affectionate cat.
