Emily Brookshire, PMHNP

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals of all ages navigating a wide variety of mental health challenges. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Missouri Columbia. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked in a variety of settings as a nurse including women's and infant services, behavioral health, and eating disorder treatment.

My approach to care is rooted in a collaborative and holistic model, recognizing that each individual is unique and requires personalized treatment. I believe in fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and stressors. I use evidence based practices and various therapeutic modalities to empower my clients on their journey to wellness. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve balance and resilience in their lives, and I look forward to working together to create a path toward mental health and well-being.
